We are a local real estate company that has been helping families find condos since 1989. Several of our customers have bought condos at Tradewinds Condos. If you are looking for a condo that is on the ocean and the Intracoastal then Tradewinds Condos may be for you. 

Tradewinds Condos are located at Crescent Beach, Florida. There are 60  condominiums, built in 1974. There are several floor plans, town homes (2 levels) and flats (1 level), ranging in size from about 950 - 1254 square feet. There are 1 and 2 bedroom units, each with 1 - 2 ˝ baths. Tradewinds is a beachfront complex with a “U” shape, allowing a nice ocean view from each unit. The complex sits on a narrow stretch of beach between the ocean and intracoastal waterway allowing some of the condos to have a good view of the ocean and the intracoastal.  There is plenty of parking, but no covered parking or garages. At this time, there is an on-site rental office. You may use the rental management company of your choice or even rent your unit yourself. We do not handle rentals. Amenities offered at Tradewinds Condos include: oceanfront pool, tennis court, fishing dock, secure boat storage, boat launching ramp, on premises laundry facilities
